Hunstanton is the largest and best known resort in West Norfolk, first popularised by the Edwardians at the turn of the last century. It can probably best be described as an old fashioned seaside town. With its famous striped cliffs, it is the only west-facing resort on the east coast of Britain and enjoys higher than average sunshine - hence the name ‘SunnyHunny’.
Old Hunstanton is less than a mile away and if you drive further along the coast there are more wide, sandy beaches at Holkham, Wells & Brancaster.
